Avoid Exposure to Sun:

More exposure to these harmful rays may cause many serious skin problems and other problems like premature aging, appearance of dark spots and wrinkles. Use sunscreen with minimum of SPF 15 and apply it every day before makeup.

Change skin care routine:

Spring season doesn't require much moisturizer like in winters. Go for some light moisturizer for your skin to keep its pores clear. Face cleansing at least two times per day is good. Look for a milder gel formula than a cream, which will gently clean your face without irritating skin. Using a hydrating cream and applying it under makeup is also a good idea. Also try hydrating facial mask twice a week, to strengthen, soothe and balance your skin.

Drink More Water:

Drinking lots of water is a sure short method to a beautiful skin. As in spring season skin starts sweating, so our body needs more water in spring season to remain hydrated. So wherever you go, remember to carry a water bottle along with you, to avoid a possibility of dehydration. Water is best way to restore fluids in our body and attain a glowing skin.

Exercise in cooler area:

Doing regular workout, going for a walk, and jogging should be done during early mornings and evenings because at that time temperature is usually low. Otherwise, prefer doing exercises in some cooler area like inside home where temperature is under control. This is because high temperature makes you sweat a lot which may lead to dehydration.

Exfoliate your skin:

To take good care of skin, you should ex-foliate it regularly with an appropriate product. For this choose a mild facial exfoliator that will gently and softly eliminate dead, dull cells and reveal a fresh, soft, glowing radiant complexion. In order to use exfoliating regularly will gently slough off dead skin cells without damaging or irritating your skin.
